The reputation we have, and the professional relationships we have built in the industries we have been involved in, is what makes us a good fit to help the credit union grow. Our initial goal would be to help the credit union continue to grow as well as take advantage of all opportunities that would be mutually beneficial for its members and the credit unions alike.
As a business development consultant for the credit union my initials task would be to do the following:
- Assist CEO with the continuing growth the CU has experienced.
- Go to a minimum of 1 police function a week to promote all services the credit union provides.
- Continue to support the mortgage division and go out to find more ways to help get more borrowers using the credit
union.
Bring in additional lending partners which will allow the credit union to cover more states and have more products to
capture every lending opportunity that arises for our members.
- Work with marketing to make sure we continue to be top of mind to our current member base along with marketing to
new members.
- Seek and add additional services/partners that can bring value to our current membership base along with trying to
maximize profitability for the credit union.
- Continue to help promote all current services to all current members to maximize profitability for the credit union.
- Attend Credit Union industry functions to network and collaborate with other credit unions.
